Working with tags

Tags are free-form labels you can attach to any property. Unlike groups, a single property can have unlimited tags, and tags filter across all groups at once.

Adding a tag

1. Open a property by clicking its name.
2. In the property header, click + Add tag.
3. Type the tag name and press Enter. New tags are created on the fly.

Filtering by tag

In the top bar, open the Tags dropdown and select one or more tags. The dashboard will show only properties that match all selected tags.

Editing and deleting tags

Go to Settings → Tags to rename, merge, or delete tags globally. Merging tags is useful when you've accidentally created duplicates (e.g. "shopify" and "Shopify").

Tag colour coding

Assign a colour to each tag from the settings panel. Coloured tag chips appear next to property names in the list, making it easy to scan your portfolio at a glance.
